Yearly Strategic Planning

During my time with Nike's HR Executive Team, I put together countless strategic presentations for the Senior Director of HR. These decks would be used to align the HR Executive Team on large initiatives for the year, financial planning, reorganization decisions, and so on. I worked directly with the Senior Director of HR to make his ideas and visions come to life, and would AV and live edits for him at the meetings.
