While working under Nike's legendary Senior Director of Culture & Heritage I was responsible for scheduling, scouting, coordinating, and AV set up for at least one presentation a week. Some were for internal groups on campus like New Employee Onboarding events, external corporate events like Intel's Executive Team, or occasionally mammoth projects like hosting 500 guests from the Central & Eastern European Team for a week. Hosting the CEE Team was a pinnacle project of the year, which included an opening ceremony, campus tours, a roadtrip to University of Oregon, and a closing Ceremony. I researched, scheduled, designed, and executed  all presentations given during the week. Many in challenging new locations like U of O's Football & Basketball Stadiums, as well as the iconic Hayward Field, track & field facility.
